This was the worst buying experience I've ever had. The owner is uncaring about the customers even when the dealership is at fault. After traveling from Florida to purchase a toy hauler I received the worst customer service experience I've ever had which was surprising considering the amount of the purchase. Never did the owner apologize or offer any compensation to resolve the issue. If you decide to buy there don't expect them to correct any problem you have. Maybe you get a better price but expect it to cost you.
Terrible. Rental Trailers are garbage. Not cleaned or inspected. Upon pick up their employee couldn't even answer simple questions about the trailer. He literally said, 'I don't know, I have only been here 2 weeks'. But by far the worst part is their customer service when things are brought to light. An employee named Jason only laughed into the phone and said 'I don't know' when multiple issues were brought up. Roger, the 'manager', is incredibly rude and incapable of normal discussion. He instead chose to hang up multiple times. Once an agreed upon redound amount was established, it took over a month to get it. I'd put negative stars if I could.
If I could rate this dealer with no stars, I would. They advertise one product with photos and description, then sell something else. And when you receive the wrong product, they will only return your money if you pay the shipping back to them. Very dishonest. False advertising. Very rude and uncooperative.
I have finally had the pleasure of buying from Smith Trailer Sales. Top notch service, good inventory, excellent pricing and very fast and fair priced shipping. I highly recommend!
They sell u the wrong part .... bought axle shaft .. they sent window motor..and then said .. if you don't want it send it Back .. even refused to pay for return shipping ..they are one of the worst company's I ever delt with ... . Will never buy from then again. . My advice to you .. do not buy from this company
